Melissa was fast and knowledgeable. I was in her office for a little more than an hour to complete a pre-loan approval. She said you are all done, "all you need to do is find you a house". | If anyone is looking for a mortgage company, I would definitely recommend Augusta Mortgage! I was referred to Augusta Mortgage by a real estate agent who said that "Donna is great." And she was right! From day one, Ms. Lovelace went out of her way to meet with me. My schedule, at the time, was very hectic but she would wait until late in the evening to meet with me if necessary. She virtually "walked" me through every aspect of the loan process. She explained every form she gave me, gave me a to do list of items I needed to bring in to make the process go smoother and was always available to answer questions. She even went as far as calling a company that I was having a hard time getting information from, to request the information on my behalf. Leslee, Donna's assistant, was also very helpful in the process. I never knew refinancing my home would be so seamless and I have Donna Lovelace and Augusta Mortgage to thank for that!!! |
