Shelly Waltz Campbell is a native of Columbia County and graduated from North Georgia College and State University in 2000 with a BBA in Marketing. She started her financial career with SunTrust Bank dealing with a variety of loan products. Shelly then became a licensed real estate agent with Blanchard and Calhoun and has held an active real estate license since 2004. She is very excited to be a part of Augusta Mortgage, where she can combine her banking knowledge and her real estate experience to provide excellent customer service to her buyers. Shelly is a member of the Greater Augusta Association of Realtors, the Augusta Board of Realtors, the Builders Association of Metro Augusta, the Sales and Marketing Council of Augusta. She is also a fundraising committee member for the local United Way and an active organizer for the annual Storybook Brunch for the Southeastern Firefighters Burn Foundation. Shelly and her husband, Jim, have two wonderful children. They are active members of Kiokee Baptist Church. In her spare time, Shelly enjoys spending time with family, boating and traveling.
